碳纤维连续热处理

碳纤维（石墨纤维）是现代高科技应用材料。纤维直径约5-10微米，主要由碳原子构成。Carbolite Gero为碳纤维的研发和生产主要提供三种型号的炉子。

排胶脱脂温度高达 800°C

碳纤维前体放入管式炉的金属工作管中，在通过逆流法兰的惰性气氛下进行脱脂处理。

预烧结温度高达1300°C

置入管式炉的陶瓷工作管中，碳纤维的预烧结温度高达1300°C。

高温烧结温度高达2200°

加热温度达到1800℃以上，需要配备水冷装置的石墨炉高温烧结碳纤维，最高温度可达2200℃。

多组纤维材料同时加热处理

一台炉子同时可以加热最多4组碳纤维。
