手套箱

Carbolite Gero提供客户定制配有手套箱的马弗炉,管式炉最高工作温度1800℃,箱式炉最高工作温度3000℃。
所有马弗炉可选手动、半自动以及全自动PLC控制系统,配有质量流量控制计。

包括马弗炉惰性气氛控制。可选反应气氛综合安全控制系统,例如H2、 CO、 CO2、 H2S、 H2O、 CH4和乙烯

高真空涡轮泵适用于最高工作温度1450°C的管式炉和最高工作温度2200°C的箱式炉。

手套箱的尺寸、气闸的数量和尺寸、手套的数量均可以满足客户需求。

手套箱内的气体和压力根据常规手套箱建造标准进行调整。客户多选择氮气或氩气作为手套箱气体,防止样品氧化。可选低压起到人员保护的作用。

使用最多的两种马弗炉装载模式:

  1. 通过手套箱侧面或者背面实现炉膛水平装载样品
  2. 通过手套箱顶部实现炉膛垂直装载样品。自动装置可将样品移入手套箱。
